417例尖锐湿疣患者的临床分析

目的分析尖锐湿疣（CA）的临床特征,为CA的防治提供参考依据。方法 417例患者,采用问卷调查方式和自评量表方法 ,进行患者职业、文化程度等问题的调查,并运用自评量表对所有就诊的CA患者进行心理评定。结果 CA患者职业分布特点以服务业发病人数最多,服务业、营销业、司机、公务员男女发病率差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;小学组、中学组、大学及以上组与文盲组间的发病率间差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。患者中焦虑型人数最多,对CA疾病有一定认知的有116人（占27.8%）,患病后到正规医院就诊的有236例（占56.6%）,性生活中使用安全套的275例（占65.9%）,有2个以上性伴侣的294例（占70.5%）。结论 CA患者具有职业特征,教育水平影响患病率。应加强宣传教育,提高诊治水平。

Clinical Analysis of 417 Cases of Patients with Condyloma Accuminatum

Objective To provide reference evidence for prevention and treatment of condyloma accuminatum（CA）by analyzing the clinical features of CA.Methods The questions in occupation and culture degree of patients were investigated through questionnaire investigation mode and self-rating scale form in 417 cases of patients;psychological evaluation were conducted by using self-rating scale form in all visited CA patients.Results The occupational distribution feature of CA patients that most incidence were in service industry,incidence rates between men and women were significant or extremely significant difference in service industry,marketing industry,driver and civil servant（P〈0.05）;incidence rates were extremely significant difference in primary school group,middle school group,college and above group and illiterate group（P〈0.01）;the number of anxiety-type people were at most among all patients;116 patients had some knowledge about CA disease（27.8%）,236 cases had visited in regular hospital（56.6%）,275 cases had used condoms in sexual life（65.9%）,294 cases had more than two sexual partners（70.5%）.Conclusion There was occupational stigma in CA patients,and the level of education affected the morbidity rate.Propaganda and education should be strengthened,the level of the diagnosis and treatment should be improved.
