Kimura病(附1例报告)

目的 探讨木村病(Kimura’s disease，KD)的主要临床表现、诊断及治疗方法。方法 病例分析及文献复习。结果 木村病的主要临床特征：中青年男性多见、长期存在并易于反复的头颈部肿大淋巴结或软组织肿块且唾液腺也多有受累、部分患者并发肾病综合征、嗜酸性粒细胞及IgE均升高。特征性的淋巴结病理学特征：发育好的淋巴滤泡、显著的嗜酸性粒细胞浸润、薄壁毛细血管增生及不同程度纤维化。泼尼松及雷公藤治疗伴有肾病综合征表现的KD病可取得良好临床疗效。结论 木村病(Kimura’s disease，KD)是一种流行于东亚地区、罕见的、原因不明的慢性炎性疾病，临床医生应有所认识。

Kimura's disease combining nephritic syndrome--a case report

Objective To explore the major clinical manifestation, diagnosis and treatment of Kimura's disease (KD).Methods To analyze a case and to review literatures.Results The clinical features of the disease included young and middle aged male predominance, the swelling lymph nodes and mass in soft tissue which were always predilection for head and neck, salivary gland involved as well, part of patients combining nephritic syndrome, eosinophilia and serum IgE rising in all patients. The pathological characteristic of KD in lymph nodes was the well-developed lymphoid follicles, marked infiltration of eosinophilis, proliferation of thin-walled capillary venules and variable degrees of fibrosis. Metacortadracin and tripterygium wilfordii combined to use in the disease with nephrotic syndrome could take good effects.Conclusions KD, a inflammatory condition of unknown cause, is a rare endemic in Orientals. Clinicians should recognize it somewhat.
