| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨捏骨手法治疗网球肘的临床疗效.方法 随机将150例网球肘患者分为两组,观察组100例采用捍骨手法,对照组50例采用局部封闭,观察其有效率.结果 治疗组及对照组的总有效率分别为100%和54%.两组的疗效有明显性差异(P＜0.01).结论 捏骨手法治疗网球肘较局部封闭痊愈效率更高.
