后路显微内窥镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症

目的 探讨后路显微内窥镜系统治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法 总结自2002年10月以来，采用MED治疗腰椎间盘突出症58例，其中合并神经根管狭窄18例，评价其疗效。结果 24例患者术后次日原有腰腿痛症状消失．21例明显减轻。术后4～13个月的随访，根据疗效评定标准：优31例，良26例．进步1例。结论 MED治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有手术视野清晰．操作更为安全．攒伤小，不影响脊柱的稳定性，具有减压彻底．疗效显著等优点，同样适用合并神经根管狭窄。

Microendoscopic discectomy in lumbar disc herniation

Objective To evaluate the effect of Microendoscopic Discectomy ( MED) on the treatment of lumbar disc her-niation. Methods 58 patients with lumbar disc hemiation had been treated with MED since October 2002. Among them, 18 patients with lumbar disc hemiation were associated with canal stenosis of nerve root. The patients were followed up for 4-13 months. Results According to the clinical standard of evaluation, 31 cases were rated as excellent and 26 were rated as good. 1 case showed some improvement after the treatment. Conclusion MED was not only suitable for the treatment of lumbar disc hemiation, but also effective in lumbar disc hemiation with canal stenosis of nerve root . It also had advantages in safety, less lesion, quick recovery, etc.
