| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小儿支原体肺炎相关指标实验室检测及结果分析。方法对368例呼吸道感染的患儿进行血清Mp—IgM和取咽拭子进行荧光定量聚合酶链反应检测MpDNA含量,同时对63例肺炎患儿进行血清sVCAM-1、IL-6测定。结果Mp肺炎组与非Mp肺炎组血清sVCAM-1浓度比较,差异不显著,无统计学意义;Mp肺炎组血清IL-6浓度高于非Mp肺炎组,两组差异显著,有统计学意义。结论MpDNA含量不受抗生素治疗的影响,IL-6可能参与Mp肺炎的炎症过程,其水平变化可以作为病情的判断指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the laboratory diagnosis and the clinical characteristics of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods The DNA of mycoplasma in throatswabs was detected by FQ - PCR in 368 children with respiratory tract infection, and serum Mp - IgM were measured on the same day. The serum sVCAM - 1, IL - 6 were measured in 63 children with pneumonia. Results There were no significant differences in serum sVCAM - 1 levels among the Mp group and the control group. The levels of serum IL - 6 in the Mp group was significantly higher those of the control group, statistically significant. Conclusion The carriage of Mp DNA in the throat is not affected by antibiotic therapy. The IL - 6 may be involved in t inflammation course and can severe as a marker of the severity evaluation of children with Mp infection. |
