山楂叶总黄酮的提取与分析

摘    要:采用水煮醇提法、稀醇渗漉法、铅盐沉淀法和石灰水沉淀法所提得山楂叶总黄酮,顺次以石油醚、乙醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇进行萃取。各萃取物经纸层析和盐酸、镁粉等颜色反应,初步查明山楂叶黄酮成分主要有黄酮类、黄酮醇类、异黄酮类、黄酮甙类、橙酮类和花色甙类。

Abstract:The whole flavones obtained from leaves of hawthorn by the methods of boiling water, alcohol extraction, dilute alcohol percolation, lead salt sedimentation and lime cream sedimentation were extracted. Some kinds of flavones were separated with petroleum ether, ethylether, ethylacetate and n-butanol. They were tested by methods of paper chromatography, hydrochloric acid-magnesinm and other colour tests. The results indicat that the flavones consist of flavones, flavonals, isoflavones, flavaniod, aurones, and anehocyanin.
