间断与持续性肝脏缺血对肝脏影响的比较

摘    要:45只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为3组:对照组、间断缺血组,持续缺血组。通过夹闭肝蒂进行动物模型复制,各组至实验时限测肝组织丙二醛(MDA)含量,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHpx),血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性,并进行肝细胞超微结构观察。肝线粒体立体定量学分析。结果表明,持续缺血组比间断缺血组肝MDA.ALT升高,肝细胞病理改变明显。提示间断缺血可减少氧自由基的生成,从而减轻肝损伤。

Abstract:There were 45 male Wistar rats divided into 3 groups;controlled,intermittent ischemia and continued ischemia groups.Animal model was made by damping hepatic portal.Hepatic malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSHpx),ALT were detected.Hepatic ultrastructures were observed,and image analysis of hepatic mitochondria was done.Results:Continued ischemia group has more obvious MDA and ALT increase,more serious damage of hepatocyte than the intermittent ischemia group.These data indicate that intermittent ischemia can reduce oxygen free radicals and lessen hepatic injury.
