清热活血滋肾冲剂治疗IgA肾病对血浆LPO含量及红细胞内SOD活性影响的临床研究

摘    要:目的 观察清热活血滋肾冲剂对IgA肾病患者血浆过氧化脂质 (LPO)及红细胞内超氧岐化酶(SOD)活性的影响 ,以此来探讨该冲剂对IgA肾病的疗效及作用机制。方法 采用自拟以丹参、黄芪、白花蛇舌草等组成的清热活血滋肾冲剂 ,用于 30例IgA肾病患者及 30例健康对照人员。观察用药前后血浆中LPO及红细胞内SOD活性变化。LPO含量用硫代巴比妥酸比色法测定 ,SOD活性以邻苯三酚自氧化法检测。结果 经 1~ 3个疗程治疗后 ,患者血浆中LPO水平明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,红细胞内SOD活性明显增强 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 清热活血滋肾冲剂对IgA滋肾病有较好疗效 ,其机制可能是由于该冲剂补充了外源性抗氧化酶并参与了清除羟自由基 (OT- )及超氧阴离子自由基 (O- 2 )以终止自由基链锁反应 ,也可能是增强或活化了机体阻断脂质过氧化反应的酶系统 ,从而减轻自由基反应。

Abstract:Objective To observe the affection of content of LPO and SOD activity for treatment of IgA nephrosis and discuss the curative effect and mechanism of QL. Methods 30 IgA nephrosis patients were treated as test group with QL and 30 Healthy adults were taken as control. The LPO AND SOD changes were observed. Results The LPO level decreased obviously after 1~3 courses treatment (P<0.05) and SOD activity increased significantly (P<0.01). Conclusion QL might have better curative effect to treat IgA nephrosis. Its mechanism might be supply exogenous anti-oxidase and clear OT - and O - 2 to block the chain reaction and increase the enzyme system to block lipid super-oxygenized action and decrease O 2 reaction.
