闫咏梅教授从痰瘀论治血管性帕金森综合征

闫咏梅认为,临床上血管性帕金森综合征病机多以肝肾亏虚为主,而虚之日久可生痰、瘀,痰浊、瘀血虽是血管性帕金森综合征单独的致病因素,但二者常相兼为患,痰瘀胶着,阻滞经脉血络,发为本病。临床从痰、瘀论治,提出“痰瘀毒损”是血管性帕金森综合征病理过程中的重要改变,善用丹参、蜈蚣、僵蚕等活血化瘀,涤痰祛毒,止颤通络以走窜经络,通利血脉,并重视心理调摄。

Professor Yan Yongmei's experience in differentiating and treating vascular Parkinson'syndrome from phlegm and blood stasis

Professor Yan Yongmei maintains that the main pathogenesis of vascular Parkinsonism is liver and kidney defi ciency,and the defi ciency can lead to phlegm and blood stasis over time.Although phlegm turbidity and blood stasis are the separate pathogenic factors of vascular Parkinson’s syndrome,the two factors often work and are mingled together,blocking the meridians and collaterals and causing the disease.Diff erentiating and treating the disease from the perspective of phlegm and blood stasis,Professor Yan Yongmei proposes that damage due to phlegm,blood stasis and toxin is an important change in its pathological process,advocating making good use of danshen root,centipede and stiff silkworm to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,resolve phlegm and detoxify,stop tremor,dredge collaterals and blood vessels,and paying attention to psychological regulation.
