仝小林“脏腑风湿”理论在顶焦神系疾病中的应用

“脏腑风湿”是仝小林在《黄帝内经》痹证基础上提出的概念,涵盖了五体痹和脏腑痹,亦包括风寒湿邪直接侵袭脏腑诱发的痹证。外邪伏留是致病的关键,透邪外出是本病的辨治要点。“顶焦”是仝小林在临床中以空腔归为“一焦”为依据,在经典的“三焦”的基础上,将颅腔和髓腔定义为“顶焦”,将“顶焦”增补进三焦系统,突出中医对神经及精神系统的认识与思考,提出“四焦”的学术观点,建立了四焦八系的辨治体系。脏腑风湿中关于顶焦的诊疗为临床上许多难治的神经系统疾病提供了一种新的实用的辨证治疗策略。

Application of Tong Xiaolin's theory of "zang-fu rheumatism" in diseases of dingjiao nervous system

“Zang-fu rheumatism”is a concept put forward by Tong Xiaolin on the basis of bi syndrome in Huangdi Neijing,which covers five body bi syndrome and visceral bi syndrome,as well as bi syndrome induced by direct invasion of wind,cold and dampness.Exogenous cause retention is the key to the incidence of the disease,and driving the exogenous pathogen out is the main point of diff erentiation and treatment of it.Basing on his clinical classifi cation of the cavity as one another jiao,and on the classic sanjiao theory as well,Tong Xiaolin defi nes the cranial cavity and medullary cavity as dingjiao,supplementing the new concept to the sanjiao system,highlighting the understanding and thinking of Chinese medicine on the nervous and mental systems.And therefore,Professor Tong Xiaolin initiates the academic viewpoint of sijiao,and establishes a diff erentiation and treatment system of sijiao and eight principles.The diagnosis and treatment of dingjiao in zang-fu visceral rheumatism provides a new and practical treatment strategy for many refractory neurological diseases in clinic.
