泻火解毒法治疗血管性痴呆临床探析

血管性痴呆归属于中医"痴呆"范畴,脾肾两虚为病机之本,痰湿、瘀血为病理产物,迁延日久,入络酿毒,郁蒸化热,损伤脑络,神机失灵而成痴呆.故泻火解毒为本病常用治法之一,黄连解毒汤能泻火解毒、清热开窍,本文从血管性痴呆"毒损脑络"角度论述了黄连解毒汤泻火解毒法治疗本病的作用机制.

Clinical analysis on the treatment of vascular dementia with the method of purging fi re and detoxifying

Vascular dementia belongs to the category of"dementia"in traditional Chinese medicine.Deficiency of spleen and kidney is the root of pathogenesis,and phlegm dampness and blood stasis are the pathological products.After a long period of time,phlegm dampness and blood stasis may enter the collaterals to form toxins,steam stagnation and transform heat,damage the brain collaterals,resulting in the failure of spiritual mechanism and ultimately in dementia.Therefore,purging fire and detoxifying is employed as one of the common methods for treating this disease.Huanglian Jiedu Decoction can purge fire and detoxify,clear away heat and give rise to resuscitation.This paper discusses the mechanism of purging fire and detoxifying of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of vascular dementia from the perspective of"toxin damaging brain collaterals".
