从“郁-热-毒”论丹栀逍遥散对乳腺癌炎-癌转化的影响

对中医古籍和现代文献进行挖掘和整理,梳理郁-热-毒与乳腺癌发生与发展的关联性。郁-热-毒是影响乳腺癌发生与发展的重要因素,郁-热-毒影响肿瘤微环境,尤其是影响乳腺癌患者机体炎症微环境。中医药的合理干预有助于改善乳腺癌患者机体的炎症微环境,截断炎与癌的转化,延缓乳腺癌的发展进程。丹栀逍遥散具有疏肝理脾、清热解毒之功,影响因郁-热-毒引起的乳腺癌患者炎-癌转化。因此,结合理论研究与实验研究,运用丹栀逍遥散治疗乳腺癌将为中医药防治乳腺癌提供一定的理论依据。

Discussion on the effect of Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder on inflammation-cancer transformation in breast cancer patients from the perspective of "depression-heat-toxicity"

The relationship between depression-heat-toxin and the occurrence and development of breast cancer is explored in this paper by fi nding out and categorizing ancient Chinese medical books and related modern literature,concluding that depression-heat-toxicity is an important contributing factor for the occurrence and development of the disease,affecting the tumor microenvironment,especially the inflammatory microenvironment of breast cancer patients.The reasonable intervention of traditional Chinese medicine helps to improve the inflammatory microenvironment,cutting off the transformation from inflammation to cancer,delaying its development.Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder has the functions of soothing liver and regulating spleen,clearing heat and detoxifying,aff ecting the infl ammation-cancer transformation of breast cancer patients caused by depression-heat-toxin.Therefore,combined with theoretical research and experimental research,the use of Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder in the treatment of breast cancer is expected to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of the disease with traditional Chinese medicine.
