摘    要:脊髓损伤是多种外伤所致中枢神经系统损伤的一种疾病,针灸可有效治疗脊髓损伤造成的一系列并发症.随着实验技术的发展,研究人员发现部分针灸治疗脊髓损伤的机制,但尚不明确.文章总结了近年来针灸疗法治疗该病的机制研究文献,通过抑制神经细胞凋亡、改善脊髓损伤区域微环境、促进轴突细胞延伸及神经纤维再生等作用机制对针灸治疗脊髓损伤的机...

Abstract:Spinal cord injury is a disease of central nervous system damage caused by many kinds of traumas.A series of complications caused by spinal cord injury can be eff ectively treated by acupuncture.With the development of experimental technology,researchers have discovered some of the mechanisms by which acupuncture and moxibustion is applied in the treatment of spinal cord injury,but they are not definitely clear yet.This paper summarizes the research literature on the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of spinal cord injury in recent years,and further expounds how to improve the mechanism by inhibiting the apoptosis of nerve cells,improving the microenvironment of spinal cord injury,promoting the extension of axon cells and regeneration of nerve fi bers,and analyzes the shortcomings existing in this fi eld,anticipating to provide an eff ective reference for the clinical treatment of the disease.
