摘    要:本文通过分析43例医疗纠纷投诉的主要特点,得出医疗质量投诉的主要原因,是因医患沟通不够造成的,找出症结后,从中查找医疗服务的薄弱环节,制定相应的防范措施,减少医患之间矛盾。
