| 摘 要： | 国内外文献资料表明,血脂代谢异常是动脉粥样硬化和冠心病的重要危险因素,血清TC、TG、LDL-C、LP(a)升高与冠心病发病呈正相关,HDL-C升高与冠心病发病负相关;调脂药物应用,尤其是他汀类,能显著降低TC、TG、LDL-C和升高HDL-C,并显著降低急性冠心病事件的发生率和病死率,在冠心病的一级预防和二级预防中发挥重要作用。提示冠心病作为严重危害人类健康的疾病,在其防治中应重视调脂治疗。

| Abstract: | Exterior and interior literature indicate that dyslipidemia is the important and dangerous factor of artheroscleros and coronary heart disease.The occurrence of coronary heart disease is positive correlated with the rise of TC,TG,LDL-C,LP(a)in blood serum.and negative correlated with the rise of HDL-C in blood serum.The application of drugs regulating lipid,especially statins,can predominantly decrease the level of TC,TG,LDL-C,LP(a)and increase the level of HDL-C as well as decrease the incidence and case fatality of acute heart events,which play an important role in the first and second prevention of coronary heart disease.so it is suggested that coronary heart disease is a harmful disease to human health,whose prevention should be focused on the treatment of regulating lipid. |
