倾诉对苏州市在校大学生心理状态影响的调查

目的了解大学生倾诉行为的相关特征及其对心理状态的影响。方法采用访谈法与问卷法,对苏州市400名大学生进行问卷调查。结果被试中,多数大学生认为,通过倾诉,心理状态会变得很好。男女生在倾诉方面存在诸多显著性差异:1女生较男生更愿意通过倾诉调整心理状态(t=-4.483,P0.01);2男生更倾向于选择异性作为倾诉对象(t=3.195,P0.05);3女生倾诉的目的更倾向于宣泄情绪(t=-2.965,P0.05);4女生倾诉后心理状态的变化较男生更为显著(t=2.726,P0.05)。结论倾诉对大学生心理状态的调节具有积极的影响。

Investigation on the Psychological Impacts by Confiding in University Students in Suzhou

Objective To find out the characteristics of university students in confiding to others and the psychological impacts of such confiding on themselves.Methods Interviews and questionnaires were given to 400 students from colleges and universities in Soochow City. Results The study showed that most students felt an evident improvement in their psychological state after such confiding,and there were some significant differences between male and female in their confiding：①They were significant different in choosing the opposite sex as listeners（t=3.195,P〈0.05）;②Female students prefered giving utterance to their emotion by revealing personal secretes（t=-2.965,P〈0.05）;③Female students usually confide to others in order to take out themselves emotionally（t=-2.965,P〈0.05）;④Female students had even greater psychological improvement than male students after the confiding（t=2.726,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Confiding is an effective means by which college and university students adjust themselves psychologically.
