不同心率对256层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影成像质量影响的评估

目的：探讨不同心率对256层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影成像质量的影响，研究其应用价值。方法对该院2012-2013年间确诊为冠心病的80例患者进行256层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影检查，所有患者按照心率差异分为A、B、C三组。检查后按照AHA分段标准将冠状动脉各个节段的图像质量进行评估。结果80例患者共计显示血管1102节段，图像质量能够完全满足管腔评价共1036节段（94.01%），不能满足要求的共66个节段（5.99%）。三组成像质量差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论心率变化对256层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影成像质量的影响较小，适合临床冠心病筛查中的应用，对冠心病患者早期诊断的意义重大。

The assessment of the influence of different heart rate on the 256-slice spiral CT for coronary angiography image quality

Objective To explore the influence of different heart rate on imaging quality of 256-slice spiral CT coronary artery angiogra- phy and to study its application. Methods 80 patients, diagnosed as coronary heart disease during 2012--2013, were examined with 256-slice spiral CT for coronary angiography. All patients were divided into A, B, C three groups according to the heart rate difference. After the inspection the image quality of coronary artery segments were evaluated in accordance with the AHA segmentation criteria. Results 80 patients showed 1 102 segmental blood vessels. The image quality of 1 036 segment（94. 01 % ） can satisfy the lumen evaluation completely and a total of 66 section （5.99%） can not meet the requirements of lumen evaluation. The difference of three image quality had no statistical difference （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions The difference of heart rate has little effect on imaging quality of 256- slice spiral CT for coronary angiography, which is suitable for clinical application in coronary heart disease screening and has significance in early diagnosis of patients with coronary heart disease
