药物与理疗综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

目的:探讨药物与理疗综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:回顾分析我院2011年5月²012年12月骨科收治的腰椎间盘突出患者共110例,将其分为两组。对照组49例,给予药物及一般常规治疗;观察组61例,在药物及常规治疗的基础上采取牵引、按摩推拿、针灸、外敷、超短波及中频电治疗等理疗综合治疗。结果:观察组总有效率为90.2%,对照组总有效率为71.4%,P<0.05。结论:药物结合理疗综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效更显著。

Clinical Observation on Lumbar Disc Herniation Treated by Drug and Physical Therapy

Objective： To explore the effect of medicine and physical therapy on lumbar disc herniation. Methods： Retrospective analysis in 110 cases with lttrnbar disc herniation in our hospital from 2011 May to 2012 December were treated in department of orthopedics, were divided into two groups. 49 Cases in control group, were given drug therapy and conventional therapy; 61 cases in observation group, were taken physiotherapy treatment： traction, massage, acupuncture, topical, ultra short wave and medium frequency electric therapy etc. based on drug and conventional therapy. Results： The total effective rate of observation group was 90.2%, control group was 71.4%, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The curative effect of the combined therapy of drug and physiotherapy of lumbar disc herniation is more significant.
