支撑喉镜联合鼻内镜下声带息肉切除术疗效观察

摘    要:目的比较支撑喉镜与鼻内镜辅助支撑喉镜下声带息肉切除术疗效,探讨不同声带息肉手术方式的选择。方法160例声带息肉患者随机分为两组,其中A组为支撑喉镜组(n=80),B组为支撑喉镜联合鼻内镜组(n=80),分别采用支撑喉镜与鼻内镜辅助支撑喉镜下切除,比较两组的疗效。结果总疗效以及广基型息肉疗效B组要优于A组(p〈0.05);带蒂型息肉疗效无明显差异。结论鼻内镜辅助支撑喉镜下切除广基型声带息肉效果优于直视支撑喉镜,值得在临床推广使用。

Abstract:Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of vocal cord polypectomy between suspension la- ryngoscope and suspension laryngoscope combined with nosal endoscope, and to discuss the choice of surgical type. Methods 160 patients with vocal cord polyps were randomly allocated to two groups as A and B, and accepted vocal cord polypectomy under suspension laryngoscope(A) or suspension laryngoscope combined with nosal endoscope(B) respectively. Results The total therapeutic effect and the effect of vocal cord Polyps without pedicles under suspen- sion laryngoscope combined with nosal endoscope group was significantly better than that of suspension laryngoscope group(p 〈0.05) , but for vocal cord Polyps with pedicle, tile therapeutic effect of the two groups is the same. Con- clusion The procedure of using the suspension laryngoscope with the aid of nosal endoscope is superior to the sus-pension laryngoscope in treatment of vocal cord polyps without pedicles, so is worthy of extend clinical use.
