先天性多发性肺囊肿与囊状支气管扩张DR胸片鉴别诊断分析

目的分析先天性多发性肺囊肿与囊状支气管扩张在DR胸片表现上的差异，提高对两种疾病的x线鉴别。方法整理我院2007年1月～2013年1月期间确诊的先天性多发性肺囊肿与囊状支气管扩张病例各12例，分别分析其x线征像，寻找差异进行鉴别。结果先天性多发性肺囊肿与囊状支气管扩张病灶均位于双下肺及左肺舌叶，先天性多发性肺囊肿多数囊腔较大，壁薄，病灶范围分布较广泛，确诊的12例肺囊肿中，DR胸片诊断10例，准确率为83．3％，2例误诊为囊状支气管扩张，误诊率16．7％；囊状支气管扩张病例多数囊腔较小，壁稍增厚，2例囊腔内充满积液呈结节改变，病变范围相对较小，确诊的12例囊状支气管扩张中，DR胸片诊断12例，准确率为100％，无误诊病例。结论充分认识先天性多发性肺囊肿与囊状支气管扩张的X线征像，动态观察，结合临床病史．可提高两者的鉴别诊断。

RETROSPECTIVE ANALYSIS MULTIPLE CONGENITAL PULMONARY CYSTS AND ACCU- LARBRONCHIECTASIS DR CHEST DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS

Objective To analyze the differences of multiple congenital pulmonary cysts and saccularbronchieetasis performancein DR chest improving tile identificatinn of the two diseases. Methods Summarize the data of 12 patients with multiple congenital pulmonary cysts and 12 patienls with saccularbronchiectasis respectively diagnosed in our huspital from Jan. 2007 to Jan. 2013, analyze its X - ray perfornmnce respectively to find out the difference for differential diagnosis. Resuits The muhiple pulmonary cysts and saccularbronchiectasis lesions were located in double tongue and lower lung fiehts anti left lung lobe, nudtiple pulmonary cysts is larger in majority, thin wall, wider distribution range of lesions, the diagnosis of 12 cases of hmg cysts, DR chest diagnosed 10 case, s, the accuracy was 83.3%, two cases were misdiagnosed as saccular- bnmchiectasis, misdiagnosis rate is 16.7% ; saccularbronehiectasis majority of most cases is small cysts, the wall is slightly ttdckened, 2 fluid filled cysts cases were knot changed, the range of lesions is relatively small, in the diagnosed 12 eases of saccularbronchiectasis DR chest diagnosed in 12 cases, accuracy was 100% , no misdiagnosed cases. Conclusion Fully a- ware of multiple congenital lung cysts and saccularbrnnchieclasis X - ray chest characteristics, dynamic observation and com- bined with clinical histoh＇y can improve the differential diagmlsis between the two diseases.
