细节管理在终末期糖尿病肾病血液透析护理中的应用

目的探讨细节管理在终末期糖尿病肾病血液透析患者护理中的应用效果。方法将46例终末期糖尿病肾病血液透析患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各23例，对照组按终末期糖尿病肾病血液透析患者护理常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上，在透析前、透析中及透析后实施细节管理。比较两组患者术后并发症发生情况及患者对护理服务的满意度。结果观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组，观察组患者对护理服务的满意度高于对照组。结论在终末期糖尿病肾病血液透析患者护理中应用细节管理，可减少术后高血压、低血压、低血糖、心脑血管等并发症的发生，并且提高患者对护理服务的满意度。

APPLICATION OF DETAIL MANAGEMENT IN END -STAGE DIABETIC NEPHROPATHY PATIENTS UNDERGOING HEMODIALYSIS

Objective To explore the effect of detail management in end - stage diabetic nephropathy patients undergoing hemodialysis. Methods Randomly assigned 46 patients undergoing hemodialysis into two groups, both include 23 patients. The control group was given conventional nursing according to clinical nursing path, the observation group was given detail management on the same basis. Then the incidence of complications and satisfaction of patients to nursing service were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of postoperative complications of observation group patients was lower than that of control group. The nursing satisfaction of observation group patients was prior to that of control group. Conclusion The application of detail management in end - stage diabetic nephropathy patients undergoing hemodialysis can reduce occurrence of postoperative complications and improve patients＇satisfaction to nursing service.
