20例肺癌DR胸片误诊、漏诊病例分析

目的分析我院体检20例肺癌DR胸片误诊及漏诊病例，提高不典型肺癌及早期肺癌X线征像的认识，提高诊断率。方法整理我院2010～2012年期间20例肺癌患者的胸片及临床资料，分析其X线征像及诊断结果，所有误诊、漏诊病例以第1次胸片误诊、漏诊为准。结果20例病例中，误诊为结核6例，误诊为肺炎1例，误诊为良性肺结节5例，考虑为片外影1例，误诊为肋软骨钙化2例，漏诊5例。结论认清不典型肺癌及早期肺癌表现的多样性、提高胸部照片的质控，可提高早期肺癌的诊断率，减少误诊、漏诊。

ANALYSIS OF 20 CASES CHEST DR MISDIAGNOSED AND MISSED DIAGNOSED LUNG CANCER

Objective To analyze 20 cases of lung cancer misdiagnosed and missed diagnosed by chest DR in our hospital health examination in order to raise awareness of atypical and early lung cancer cases X - ray findings to elevate accurate diagnosis rate. Methods To review the chest X - ray and clinical data of 20 lung cancer patients in our hospital from 2010 to 2012, analyze the characteristics of X -ray findings and diagnosis, all misdiagnosis and mised diagnosis according to the first time X - ray films. Results In 20 cases, 6 cases were misdiagnosed as tubercu-losis, 1 case misdiagnosed as pneumonia, 5 cases were misdiagnosed as benign pulmonary nodules, considered as off - chip shadow in one case, as cartilage calcification in 2 cases, missed diagnosed five cases. Conclusion Recognize atypical manifestation of lung cancer and the diversity of early stage lung cancer and improve photo quality control of chest film can improve the early diagnosis of lung cancer rate, reduce misdiagnosis.
