金属纳米粒子与抗生素联用抗耐药菌

摘    要:随着抗生素的广泛应用,细菌的耐药问题日益严重,迫切需要开发出新的抗菌药物或者新的治疗方案。金属纳米粒子具有较强的抗菌活性和靶点非特异性,已成为克服细菌耐药性的有效解决途径。但其细胞毒性限制了其临床应用,而将金属纳米粒子与抗生素联用可降低其毒性,且对抗生素的抗菌活性具有增效作用。本文将从金属纳米材料,及其与抗生素联用抗耐药菌活性及其协同机制等方面进行综述。

Abstract:The wide use of antibiotics deteriorates the drug resistance of bacteria, so, the new antibacterial drugs or novel treatment strategies desperately need to be developed. The strong antibacterial activity and target non-specificity of metallic nanoparticles make it being used to defeat drug-resistant bacteria as an effective way. However, the cytotoxicity of nanoparticles limits its application in clinical. But the cytotoxicity of nanoparticles can be decreased by combining with antibiotics, meanwhile, the antibacterial activity of antibiotics can be enhanced.
