| 摘 要： | 老年肺结核患者由于病程长、免疫机能降低、并发疾病多等特点,除导致肺实质的病变外,还会引起肺间质、肺血管的病变。其肺部病灶具有多发性、多形性、不典型性的表现。随着影像学技术的发展,对异常征象及时、准确的判读可以给老年肺结核临床诊断提供有力依据。

| Abstract: | Because of the long course of disease, decreased immune function and increased complications in elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis (TB), the lesions in interstitial lung and pulmonary vascular lesions can be caused except for lesions of the pulmonary parenchyma. So the multiple pulmonary lesions, as well as the pleomorphic and atypical manifestations are often showed on the radiological images in elderly patients. With the development of imaging technology, timely and accurate interpretations of radiological images can provide a powerful basis for clinical diagnosis of pulmonary TB in the elderly. |
