| 摘 要： | 骨与关节结核是较为多见的肺外结核。在骨与关节结核患者中,超过50%的患者发病部位位于脊柱。近些年,国内外学者对于脊柱结核的药物缓释、手术方式、内置物等治疗的研究内容逐渐增多,这些研究主要是建立类似于人体脊柱结核病变的动物模型。作者对于近年来脊柱结核动物模型建立的重要内容进行综述,以期使相关研究者了解脊柱结核动物模型建立的特点。

| Abstract: | Bone and joint tuberculosis is one of the most common extrapulmonary tuberculosis. In more than 50% of the patients with bone and joint tuberculosis, infection is located in the spinal column. In recent years, scholars at home and abroad have gradually increased the study of drug release, surgical methods, and internal substances for spinal tuberculosis. These studies are mainly based on the establishment of animal models similar to human spinal tuberculosis. The authors reviewed the important content of the animal model of spinal tuberculosis in recent years, in order to make the relevant researchers understand the characteristics of the establishment of the animal model of spinal tuberculosis. |
