拉米夫定防治肾病综合征患者乙肝病毒复制或再感染初探

目的：观察拉米夫定防治服用激素的肾病综合征患者乙肝病毒复制或再感染的可行性。方法：给予5例乙肝病毒标志物阳性的肾病综合征患者口服强的松或酶酚酸酯的同时，口服拉米夫定治疗，观察患者乙肝病毒标志物、肝功能的变化。结果：治疗3个月，1例HBeAg阴转，肝功能轻度异常的1例ALT，AST恢复正常；治疗6个月后，1例HBeAg阴转，无1例肝功能、乙肝病毒标志物恶化。结论：拉米夫定可以防治服用激素治疗的肾病综合征患者的乙肝病毒复制或再感染。

The efficacy of lamivudine in prevention and treatment of the replication and reinfectionof hepatitis B virus in patients with nephratic syndrome

Objective:To observe the feasibility of lamivudine in pr eventing and treating the replication and reinfection of hepatitis B virus in pa tients with nephratic syndrome treated with prednisone.Methods:5 patie nts with nephratic syndrome and positive marker of hepatitis B virus,were treate d with oral prednisone or combination therapy of mycophenolate mofetil and lamiv udine.The pre- and post-treatment changes in marker of hepatitis B virus and i n liver functions were observed.Results:After 3 months treatment,HBeAg turned to negative in 1 patient and ALT and AST turned to normal in 1 patient. After 6 months treatment,HBeAg turned to negative in 1 patient and no exacebatio n in marker of hepatitis B virus and liver functions was observed in patients.Conclusion:Lamivudine is effective in preventing and treating replicatio n and reinfection of hepatitis B virus in patients with nephratic syndrome treat ed with prednisone.
