成都口岸出入境人员传染病监测结果分析

[目的]了解成都口岸出入境人员传染病感染现状,为有效开展传染病监测工作,制定传染病防治措施和决策提供科学依据。[方法]对2003～2005年成都口岸出入境人员的传染病监测资料进行统计分析。[结果] 2003～2005年共监测体检检316人,检出各种传染病3116例,总检出率为6．45％,其中HBsAg阳性2798例；梅毒278例,HIV抗体阳性5例；活动性肺结核35例。[结论]应加强对出入境人员的传染病监测工作,加大卫生健康宣传咨询力度,提高出人境人员的自我防范意识,防止传染病在国际间的传播。

Surveillance Results of Infectious Diseases among Entry- exit Personnel at Chengdu Port

Objective To analyze the status of infectious diseases of entry-exit persons,and to provide scientific evidence for infectious dis- eases surveillance at port.Method The result of infectious diseases surveillance in 48 316 persons during 2003 to 2005 were analyzed.Result Among 48 316 entry-exit persons,3 116 cases of infectious diseases were found,the detection rate was 6.45%.2 798 cases were HBsAg positive,278 cases were syphilis positive,5 cases were anti-HIV positive,and 35 cases were found to be active polmonary tuberculosis. Conclusion It is very important to strengthen infectious diseases surveillance among entry-exit persons,and to improve public consciousness of health care to prevent infectious diseases from spreading.
