| 摘 要： | 目的：评价经内镜逆行胰胆管造影（ERCP）、胆道镜对胆管系统结石的诊断和治疗价值。方法：对23例胆管结石和胆道镜的治疗临床资料作回顾性分析。结果：ERCP检查提高胆管结石的诊断率，胆道镜的使用可降低结石的残留率。结论：ERCP对于胆管结石病是重要诊断方法之一，胆道镜治疗胆管结石效果好，具有准确、迅速、方便及组织损伤小的特点，可降低结石的残留率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the value of ERCP and choledochoscopy in diagnosing and treatment of calculus of bile duct.Methods:23 cases of ERCP and choledochoscopy were analyzed retrospectively in calculus of bile duct.Results:ERCP could increase diagnostic race of bile duct calculus.The application of choledochoscopy could decreased,the residual stone rate.Conclusion:ERCP is one of the most important methods to diagnos calculus of bile duct.Choledochoscopy is an effective, convenience and easy treatment for calculus of bile duct with little tissue damage.Choledochoscopy is an important method for decreasing the residual stone rate. |
