全血快速诊断包虫病试剂盒的初步研究

为建立一种快速、简便、可靠的包虫病诊断方法，给现场流行病学调查提供一个有效的诊断试剂盒，在已建立的检测包虫病组合抗体的血清金标免疫渗滤法的基础上，以土豆凝集素与全血混合达到快速凝血的目的，并对170例临床标本做诊断实验，显示该法对临床确诊的包虫病患的阳性检出率为89．5％（34／38），对40份流行区体检全血血样阳性检出率为2．5％（1／50），对52份非流行区健康体检全血血样阳性检出率为0（0／52），与40例其它非包虫性肝肺占位疾病（10例肝囊肿、10例肝血管瘤、10例肝癌、6例肺结核、4例肺癌病人）全血血样无交叉反应。经检验，全血DIGFA与血清DIGFA、ELISA法检测效果无统计学差异（P＞0．05）。包虫病全血快速诊断试剂盒具有高灵敏度和特异度以及操作简便和快速的优点。

The Preliminary Study on Rapid Whole Blood Diagnosis Kit

The subject is to establish a rapid, simple and reliable assay in human whole blood for diagnosis and epidemiological study on hydatidosis. On the basis of study of dot immunogold filtration assay, agglutinin abstracted from potato was selected to blot blood quickly. In detecting 38 positive samples confirmed by operation and histopathology, the positive rate is 89.5%(34/38), and the positive rate in 40 samples from prevalent area is 2.5%(1/40) while the rate of 52 samples from unprevalent area is 0 (0/52). At the same time, 40 non-hydatidosis cases (10 samples of hemangiomas, 10 of non-parasitic cysts of liver, 10 of primary carcinoma of liver, 6 samples of pulmonary tuber culosis, 4 samples of bronchogenic carcinoma) were also detected, the positive rate is 0 (0/40). The kit has good specificity and sensitivity and no cross-reaction with other disease like cancer. There is no statistic difference among the results obtained by whole blood DIGFA , serum DIGFA and ELISA. It has not only the characteristics of rapidness, simpleness and reliability, but also an obvious advantage that we could detect antibody in whole blood instead of in serum, and we can obtain the result immediately. So it has an brilliant future in epidemiology study.
