CRP、CHE测定对肝炎后肝硬化患者的临床意义

目的：探究C反应蛋白（CRP）和胆碱脂酶（CHE）的测定对肝炎后肝硬化Child-pugh分级临床价值,CRP对肝炎后肝硬化感染的预测。方法：用散射比浊法检测101例肝炎后肝硬化血清CRP水平、用速率法测定CHE活性,正常对照40名。结果：各组肝炎后肝硬化患者血清CRP水平均高于对照组（P〈0.01）,各组之间差异显著（P〈0.01）,感染组和无感染组CRP水平有显著差异（P〈0.01）;CHE活性随肝硬化Child-Pugh分级积分增高而降低。结论：CRP和CHE的测定与肝硬化Child-Pugh分级密切相关,可用于肝硬化患者的病情估计和预后;动态观察血清CRP水平有助于肝硬化继发感染的早期诊断。

Clinical Significance of Measurement of Serum C-reactive Protein and Cholinesterase Contents in Patients with Hepatic Cirrhosis

Objective To investigate the clinical value of measurement of serum C-reactive protein and cholinesterase contents in cirrhotic patients with different Child-pugh scores.
