黄曲霉毒素B_1与扶绥肝癌关系的流行病学研究

本文报道近20年来黄曲霉毒素B_1(AFB_1)与扶绥肝癌关系的流行病学研究结果:(1)扶绥县的气候特点适宜黄曲霉菌的生长和产毒,(2)8697份粮油食品的检测结果表明,该地区是AFB_1的重污染区;(3)AFB_1的污染水平及居民的AFB_1摄入量与肝癌死亡率有高度相关;(4)AFB_1摄入量与肝癌死亡率有剂量—反应关系;(5)10年前瞻性研究结果,高摄毒组居民患肝癌的危险性是低摄毒组居民的4.3倍。作者认为,AFB_1是扶绥肝癌高发的一个主要危险因素,采取措施减少和消除这一因素的影响,对控制和降低当地居民肝癌的发病率有积极意义。

A EPIDEMIOLOGICAL STUDY OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN AFLATOXIN B_1 AND HEPATOCELLULAR CARCINOMA IN FUSUI COUNTY

The result of an almost 20 years epidemiological study on the relationship between Aflatoxin B_1(AFB_1)and primary hepatocellular carcinoma (PHC)in Fusui County was reported in this paper:(1)The climate in Fusui County is suitable for the growth of Aspergillus flavus and the production of the toxin.(2)The result of 8697 samples examinations showed that Fusui area was seriously polluted with AFB_1.(3)There was a close relationship between the level of AFB_1 pollution,the intaking amount of AFB_1 by the local residents and PHC mortality.(4)There was also a dose-respond relationship between the AFB_1 intaking quantity and PHC mortality.(5)The result of 10 years prospective cohort study showed that the relative risk(RR)in the higher AFB_1 intaking group was 4.3 times than that of the lower intaking one.We believed that the main risk factor of PHC in Fusui County might be AFB_1.Thus,it is important to take effective measures to reduce and remove this risk factor in order to control and decrease PHC incidence in this area.
