| 摘 要： | 通过分析蔡元培高等教育思想关于"教授治校"之体制、不拘一格延揽人才、倡导学术自由、注重教师创新精神、屏弃"学而优则仕"等观念,提示我国高校人事制度改革应树立以教师为本的理念、激发教师的自主创造力、克服官本位的价值取向,从而将我国的高等院校办成世界一流大学。

| Abstract: | This paper first analyzes Cai Yuanpei's higher educational ideology,which includes the system of professors governing the university,not sticking to one pattern for talents recruitment,advocating academic freedom,giving priority to teachers' innovative spirit,and discarding the idea that "excellent learning leads to a promising official career".And then it discusses that in order to build world-class universities,we should have teacher-oriented conception,stimulate teachers' creativity and overcome official-oriented consciousness in universities' personnel system reform. |
