普萘洛尔治疗婴幼儿血管瘤溃疡疗效观察

目的探讨普萘洛尔治疗婴幼儿血管瘤溃疡的疗效。方法传统治疗组为2005年1月-2009年4月治疗婴幼儿血管瘤溃疡43例,以局部治疗为主;2009年5月-2011年6月治疗21例,在传统治疗方法的基础上给予口服普萘洛尔治疗,剂量为1.5～2.0mg/(kg·d),比较两组的疗效。结果两组患儿均被治愈,但普萘洛尔治疗组疗程(21.3±7.3d)明显短于传统治疗组(56.5±18.9d);且普萘洛尔治疗组局部瘢痕发生率(14.29%)明显低于传统治疗组(60.47%),以上差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论婴幼儿血管瘤溃疡在传统局部创面治疗的基础上若给予口服普萘洛尔治疗,能加速患儿创面愈合和减少发生并发症。

Therapeutic Effect of Infancy Hemangioma with Ulceration Treated by Propranolol

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of infancy hemangioma with ulceration treated by propranolol. Methods A total of 43 cases were treated by traditional therapeutic method,most of which was local treatment,in the author’s institution from January 2005 to April 2009,and 21 cases were treated by oral propranolol at a dose of 1. 5 ～ 2. 0mg per kilogram of body weight per day on the basis of traditional therapeutic method from May 2009 to June 2011,and then the therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared. Results All cases were cured,but the therapeutic time of the propranolol group[( 21. 3 ± 7. 3) d] was significantly less than that of the traditional group[( 56. 5 ± 18. 9) d ]( P < 0. 01) ) ,and the incidence rate of local scar of the propranolol group( 14. 29% ) was also less than that of traditional group( 60. 47% ) ,( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion Oral propranolol on the basis of traditional therapeutic method could accelerate healing of would surface of infancy hemangioma with ulceration and decrease the incidence rate of local scar.
