临沂市人民医院住院患者潜伏梅毒感染情况分析

目的探讨综合医院住院患者中潜伏梅毒的感染情况。方法对本院2007年1月-2011年10月住院患者中被确诊为潜伏梅毒的278例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果潜伏梅毒278例,男∶女为1∶1.46;41～50岁为高发年龄段,占26.6%;以31～60岁年龄段居多;占67.2%。女性31～40岁患病率最高,占16.2%;男性41～50岁患病率最高,占12.2%。潜伏梅毒患者分布于妇产科、骨科和普外科等17个临床科室,但妇产科检出率最高,占25.2%。结论近年来潜伏梅毒增长速度较快,以女性为著;潜伏梅毒患者中,女性年龄偏小,男性年龄偏大;且在住院患者中分布较广,妇产科是梅毒监测的重点科室;对具有高危因素的住院患者应进行常规筛检梅毒。

Analysis of inpatients suffered with latent syphilis in Linyi city People' s Hospital

Objective To investigate the of latent syphilis among inpatients in general hospital. Methods During the period of Jan. 2007 to Oct. 2011 in our hospital, the clinical data 278 cases latent syphilis were retrospectively analyzed. Results Latent syphilis patients had significant differences in gender, with sex ratio of 1∶1.46 (male to female). Incidence rate of latent syphilis was 67.2% in the group of 31～60 years old and 26.6% in the group of 41～50 year old. There was highest Incidence rate of latent syphilis among female patients in the 31～40 year old age group with 16.2% and 12.2% among male patients in the 41～50 age group. Latent syphilis patients mainly distribute in department of obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedics, general surgery and etc. Department of obstetrics and gynecology should be severely monitored for syphilis with the highest detection rate of 25.2%. Conclusion Infection of latent syphilis increased quickly in recent years, especially among women. The predilection age of latent syphilis, younger in female than male. latent syphilis distributes widely in inpatients characterized by epidemiology. Inpatients of high risk should be screened for syphilis routinely to prevent leaking syphilis and to control spread of latent syphilis.
