增殖细胞核抗原在子宫内膜增生过长中的表达及意义

目的 :探讨 PCNA在子宫内膜增生过长中的表达及意义。方法 :采用免疫组化 S- P法检测 5 2例不同时期子宫内膜和不同类型增生过长子宫内膜细胞中增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)的表达情况 ,并分析其与子宫内膜增生的关系。结果 :正常子宫内膜尤其是增生期内膜细胞 PCNA表达最低 ,随增生程度的提高 ,PCNA的表达增强 ,复合性增生过长子宫内膜尤其是腺瘤型增生子宫内膜中 PCNA的表达显著高于正常内膜 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :PCNA表达水平的上升与子宫内膜的增殖程度一致 ,PCNA的检测为子宫内膜增殖程度的判断和指导其治疗提供帮助。

The expression and significance of proliferating cell nuclear antigen in endometrial hyperplasia

Objective:To study the expression and significance of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) in endometrial hyperplasia.Methods:PCNA was detected in 52 endometrium during the normal menstrual cycle and various types of endomentrial hyperplasia by immunohistochemical S-P technique.Results:The positive rate of PCNA was lower in endometrium during the normal menstrual cycle especially in proliferative phase than that in the endomentrial hyperplasia,the differences were significant(P<0.05) between normal endomentrium and complicated hyperplasia.Conclusions:The increase of PCNA was correlated to the degree of proliferation in endomentrium,which indicated that the detection of PCNA may be helpful to assess the degree of proliferation in endomentrium and the effect of treatment.
