复方鲜竹沥口服液的毒性实验研究

摘    要:目的 :探讨复方鲜竹沥口服液对小鼠、大鼠产生的急性毒性反应和长期毒性反应。方法 :用 15 4 .2 g·kg- 1 (生药量 )饲喂小鼠做急性毒性实验 ,观察动物的一般状况 ;采用 6 .4 5 ,12 .9,2 5 .7g·kg- 1剂量和空白对照组给大鼠连续灌服 32 d,停药 14 d,观察大鼠的生长发育、血常规和血清生化指标 ,并作组织病理学检查。结果 :急性毒性实验显示小鼠无一死亡 ;长期毒性实验显示大鼠的进食量、行为、体重、脏器系数和血清生化指标与空白对照组比较 ,均无明显差异。结论 :复方鲜竹沥液的临床拟用量是安全的。

Experimental Studies on Toxicity of Fufang Xianzhuli Solution
Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of Fufang XianZhuli Solution on acute toxicity of mice and chronic toxicity of rat.Methods:Oral administration of Fufang XianZhuli Solution was dine in dose of 154.2 g/kg to observe the general condition of mice. Rats were treated with oral doxazosin in the regimens of 6.45, 12.9 and 25.7 g/kg for 32 days, the toxic affection during treatment and the recovery addition within 14 days of stopping treatment were observed.Results:There is no death for mice of acute toxicity test. There is no other abnormal change about forage for food, behavior, weight, blood and biochemical indexes, organ coefficient and organ pathology in the groups added medicines and the control group.Conclusion: It is safe at clinical dosag of Fufang XianZhuli.
