| Abstract: | This paper introduced the definition of participatory Training, and briefly reviewed the concept, operation steps of the seven kinds of tools of participatory training that applied in the Program of Maternal and Child Health Poverty Alleviation fund (MCHPAF)in China. At last, the authors briefly described the evaluation and the key issues should be attention of the participatory training. |
