| 摘 要： | 目的分析2004-2008年四川省遂宁市船山区法定传染病流行特征。方法采用描述流行病学方法对遂宁市船山区2004-2008年法定传染病发病情况进行分析。结果2004-2008年遂宁市船山区传染病年平均发病率为951.11/10万,死亡率为0.90/10万。2004-2008年肠道传染病、呼吸道传染病总体呈下降趋势,血源及性传播传染病发病率在较高水平波动,城区和城乡结合部传染病发病率较高。结论2004-2008年遂宁市船山区传染病总体发病呈下降趋势。应加强血源及性传播传染病疾病及城区和城乡结合部传染病的防控工作。
