| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨知情护理干预对晚期生活质量的影响。方法：将85例中晚期肺癌住院的患者随机分为实验组和对照组,对试验组患者进行知情护理干预,对两组患者进行SF-36量表及生活质量核心量表（QOL-C30）进行生活质量调查进行评测估。结果：中晚期肺癌患者进行个性化护理后生活质量得到明显提高（P〈0.05）。结论：知情护理干预能提高中晚期肺癌患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective： to evaluate the informed nursing on the patient＇s quality of life with advanced lung cancer. Methods： 85 cases of advanced lung cancer, randomly divided into experiment group and control group. Nursing interventions such as informed education were carried out on the experiment group. SF-36（the Mos 36-item Short Form Health Survey） and quality-of-life-core 30 scale were measured on the two groups.Results： the quality of life with advanced lung cancer was obviously improved through individualized nursing intervention.Conclusion： nursing intervention such as informed education can improve the quality of life with advanced lung cancer. |
