| 摘 要： | 目的应用经颅多普勒(TCD)技术观察东菱精纯克栓酶(DF-521)治疗频发的短暂性脑缺血发作(TIAs)的疗效。方法100例TIAs住院患者随机分为DF-521治疗组(50例)和川芎嗪-阿司匹林对照组(50例)。应用TCD技术,分别观察两组血流动力学变化,并进行对比研究。结果治疗组的血流动力学变化明显优于对照组(P<0.01),停止发作时间早于对照组。结论DF-521治疗TIAs起效快、效果好、安全性高。应用TCD技术,为指导临床和评估疗效提供了有力的依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of Batroxobin in the treatment of transient ischemia attacks( TIAs ) by transcranial Doppler technology. Methods One hundred cases with TIAs were randomly divided into Batroxobin injection group(n=50) and Ligustrazine injection-Aspirin group(n=50, control). The changes of hemodynamics were observed before and after treatment. Results The changes of hemodynamics in Batroxobin group were superior to that in control group (P<0.01). The symptoms of experimental group disappeared earlier than the control group. Conclusions Batroxobin is an effective and safe medicament for TIAs. The technology of TCD can provide a new instruction for clinical selection of reasonable treatment and the evaluation of effect. |
