| 摘 要： | 本报告用猪腹膜修补硬膜缺损97例，效果满意，无不良反应，伤口一期愈合率为97．9％，感染率仅为2．1％。通过近期及远期组织学观察证实经戊二醒处理后的猪腹膜是适为理想的脑膜修补材料，值得在临床上推广应用。

| Abstract: | This paper reports 97 cases of dural repair with pig' s peritoneum . The effect is satisfactoryand there's no bad response.The rate of healing by first intention is 97.9% ,and the rate of infection is only 2.1%. Through ercent and long - range histology observation, the author thinks that the pig' s peritoneum is a king of ideal material for the repair of dural defects, deserving to be clinically popularized. |
