| 摘 要： | 目的:研究普理灵疝修补装置在老年腹股沟疝修补术中的应用。方珐:用普理灵疝修补装置对32例老年腹股沟疝进行修补术。结果:1例出现阴囊内巨大血肿,2例出现皮下血肿,6例出现阴囊积液(18.8％,P<0.05),皆痊愈出院。同期疝环充填式元张力疝修补240例,未发生术后出血,并发阴囊积液19例。结论:普理灵疝修补装置适用于老年腹股沟疝修补术,但应防止术后出血及阴囊积液。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the role of prolyene hernia system (PHS) in inguinal hernia repair. Methods :Thirty-two elder patients with inguinal hernia were repaired by PHS. Results:One patient had a big hematoma in scrotum, two devebped subcutaneous hematoma, six had scrotal hydrops (18.8%; P <0.05). All the patients recovered and discharged. At the same time, 240 patients had filling strainless inguinal hernia repairs; no hemorrhage was found after the operations. Nineteen patients complicated scrotal hydrops. Conclusion:PHS is effective in the treatment of inguinal hernia in elder patients, but it is very important to prevent hematoma and scrotal hydrops. |
