核黄素对异丙肾上腺素诱导的大鼠心肌缺血性损伤的影响

摘    要:目的:观察核黄素对异丙肾上腺素(isoproterenol,ISO)诱导的大鼠心肌缺血性损伤的影响。方法:健康雄性SD大鼠30只,随机分为3组,即正常对照组(NC),心肌缺血组(MI)和核黄素预处理组(RBF),每组10只。采用大剂量ISO皮下注射复制大鼠心肌缺血损伤模型,测血浆中vWF,P-selection,t-PA的含量和血清中NOS的活性。结果:MI组vWF,t-PA,P-selection含量较NC组均明显升高(P<0.01),tNOS及cNOS活性较NC组均显著下降(P<0.05),iNOS活性较NC组显著升高(P<0.05);RBF组血浆中vWF,t-PA,P-selection含量较MI组显著降低(P<0.01),tNOS及cNOS活性较MI组均显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:ISO引起的心肌缺血性损伤可能与冠脉内皮功能紊乱有关,而核黄素对缺血心肌的保护作用可能是通过其保护冠脉内皮而实现的。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effects of riboflavin on myocardial ischemia injury induced by isoproterenol in rats.Methods:30 fasted male rats were randomized evenly into normal control group(NC),myocardial ischemia group(MI)and riboflavin group(RF).Myocardial ischemia was induced by subcutaneous injection of ISO,and the content of vWF,P-selection,t-PA in the plasma and the activity of NOS in serum were measured.Results:The content of vWF,P-selection and t-PA in the plasma were increased significantly while the activities of tNOS and cNOS in serum decreased(P<0.05)when compared with NC group(P <0.01),but with an increase in the activity of iNOS(P<0.05).By comparing with MI group,riboflavin could significantly reduce the content of vWF,P-selection,t-PA in the plasma(P<0.01)and increase the activities of tNOS and cNOS in serum(P<0.05).Conclusion:The findings suggest that myocardial ischemia injury from ISO might involve vascular endothelial dysfunction.It is the protective effect of riboflavin that exerts on vascular endothelia.
