软组织移植瘤^18F-FDG PET/CT最佳显像时研究

摘    要:目的研究兔VX2软组织移植瘤的^18F-FDG PET/CT显像及其应用前景。方法36只日本大白兔腿部肌肉种植VX2肿瘤,随机分为4组,分别于2周、4周、6周、8周进行PET/CT显像,获得肿瘤组织和正常组织的标准摄取值(standard uptake value,SUV)。结果VX2移植瘤总成活率为75%;注射18F-FDG后40-100min的SUVmax与20和120min的SUVmax相比有显著差异,P〈0.05。种植VX2肿瘤细胞后2周、4周、6周和8周的肿瘤组织和正常组织的SUV均有显著差异(P=0.005,0.002,0.001,0.007)。结论VX2种植后肿瘤容易成活,PET/CT可以清楚地显示肿瘤的解剖部位、形态、大小和肿瘤细胞的代谢状况,利于及时发现转移,准确的进行肿瘤分期,尽早从分子水平获得对肿瘤恶性程度及预后更准确的把握。

Abstract:Objective To study imaging and applicative prospect of ^18 F-FDG PET/CT in VX2 soft tissue tumors of rabbits. Methods 36 Japanese white rabbits were successfully implanted with VX2 tumors in thighs and randomly divided into 4 groups. Then the four groups were scanned with PET/CT after 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks respectively. PET/CT images were obtained in different timepoints (20, 40, 60, 80, 100 and 120min) after injecting ^18 F-FDG. Standard uptake value (SUV) of the tumor tissue and the normal tissue were measured. Results The general survival rate of implanted VX2 tumors was 80%. The maximum SUVs of the tumor tissue in 40- 100 min after injecting ^18 F-FDG were significantly higher than those in 20 and 120 min (P〈0. 05). There was significant difference between the SUVs of tumor tissue 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks after implanting VX2 tumors and those of the normal tissue (P = 0. 005, 0. 002, 0. 001, 0. 007). Conclusion The survival rate of VX2 tumors was high. PET/CT imaging should be performed in 40- 100 min after injecting ^18F-FDG, and had the highest imaging quality in 60-80 min. PET/CT imaging can clearly show the shape, size, anatomical locations and metabolic condition of tumors. It is helpful to discover metastasis immediately and accurately stage the neoplasm. Malignancy grading and prognosis of tumors can be evaluated in the early stage at the molecule level.
