摘    要:探讨了石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定铅时的最佳仪器工作条件,建立了蜂胶中微量铅的石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定方法。在优化的仪器工作条件下,测定铅的检出限为0.94μg/L,线性范围0.94~100μg/L,相对标准偏差为3.1%,回收率为95%~106%。应用于蜂胶实际样品中微量铅的测定,结果满意。

Determination of Lead in propolis by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

Abstract:Various test conditions and effect factors for determination of lead by transversely heated graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry were discussed in this paper and a method for the determination of trace lead in propolis by transversely heated graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry has been developed. The detection limit for lead are 0.94 μg/L under optimum conditions, The linear range is 0.94 -- 100μg/L. The relative standard deviation is 3.1% and the recovery is 95 % -- 106 %. This method is high sensitivity, accurate and little matrix interferences and has been applied to the determination of trace lead in propolis with satisfactory results.
