| 摘 要： | 在建立Sendai病毒抗体ELISA检测方法的基础上,我们开展了对其敏感性、特异性、重复性等方面的研究,并应用于对不同等级实验小鼠群Sendai病毒抗体的检测中。通过对ELISA系统的测试和改进,使之达到标准化,提高了实验结果的准确性。

| Abstract: | This paper reported that research work on the sensitivity,specificity,and reproducibility of ELISA test was performed in our laboratory,based on the establishment of ELISA system for the detection of antibody to Sendai virus.Infection of Sendai virus in different grade of mice was detected by using standardized ELISA system.The results indicated that standardization was expected satisfactorily and precision of experimental results was enhanced by measurement and improvement of ELISA system. |
