改良手法小切口白内障手术的临床观察

目的分析改良小切口白内障囊外摘出联合人工晶状体植入术的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2006年9月～2009年1月我院对128例（206眼）行小切口白内障囊外摘出联合人工晶状体植入术。对其术后视力和并发症进行临床分析。结果术后第1天视力0.3～1.0者112例185眼（89.8%）,数指/眼前～0.2者16例21眼（10.2%）,少数出现角膜水肿、葡萄膜炎和房水混浊、一过性高眼压,并发症经处理均消失。结论改良小切口白内障手术是治疗白内障的有效方法,具有手术前房稳定性好,操作更简单,易于掌握,效果可靠,适合基层单位开展等优点。

Effect observation of improved small incision extracapsular cataract extraction in combination with intraocular lens implantation

Objective To evaluate the effect of small incision extracapsular cataract extraction in combination with intraocular lens implantation.Methods 128 patients（206 eyes）were given the operation of small incision extracapsular cataract extraction in combination with intraocular lens implantation during September 2006 to January 2009,the postoperation vision and complications were analysed.Results The postoperation vision has improved in different degrees.In the first day of postoperation,185 eyes（89.8%）0.3～1.0;21 eyes（10.2%）countfinger～0.2.Complications during operation included corneal edema,uveitis,temporal high intraocular pressure.All these complications were well treated.Conclusion Clinical observations indicated that this surgery is a valid method for the treatment of cataract with low cost,it seems to be simple,safe and effective.Therefor,it is advisable to be advacated in grass-roots hospitals.
