摘    要:选择血红蛋白≤114g/L的116名学龄前儿童为研究对象,随机抽取干预组58名,口服维生素A丸20万单位(10万U/d×2天),其余为对照组。4周后干预组血清视黄醇水平与对照组比较显著提高(P<0.001);与对照组比较SI、Tf、%TS,Hb、RBC、Hct、MCH、MCHC显著提高(P<0.05),sTfR水平显著下降(P<0.05);血清视黄醇水平与Hb(r=0.21,P=0.003),Tf(r=0.442,P<0.001),SI(r=0.192,P=0.009)和%TS(r=0.179,P=0.024)呈显著正相关。提示血清视黄醇水平与机体铁营养状况相关,短期大剂量维生素A干预使机体铁营养状况改善。

Abstract:116 pre-school children with Hb concentration less than 114g/L were selected and investigated in this study. Among them, through random grouping, 58 children who were given massive dosage of vitamin A(100, 000U for 2 days) were categoried as vitamin A supplementation group and the others as control subjects. 4 weeks after, all the examinations showed that a significant elevation of retinol in former group was found in comparison with control group (P<0. 001). Also, SI, Tf, %TS, Hb, RBC, Hct, MCH and MCHC levels in supplementation group were apparently increased than those in control group (P<0. 05), but the level of sTfR in supplementation group was demonstrated to be much lower than that in control subjects (P<0. 05). Furthermore, a significant positive correlation could be found between retinol level and SI(r=0.192,P=0. 009),Tf(r=0. 442,P=0. 001), %TS(r=0.179,P=0. 024)and Hb(r=0. 21,P=0. 003). Thus, the authors concluded that retinol level could be closely related with the nutritional status of iron and short-term vitamin A of massive dosage might effectively modify the nutritional status of iron hematological features of anemic children studied.
