大前庭导水管综合征的影像诊断

摘    要:目的 对18例大前庭导水管综合征患者的CT及MRI表现进行分析。方法 12例行颞骨高分辨率CT扫描,6例和高分辨率MRI扫描。结果 CT扫描显示12例(20耳)扩大的前庭导水管外口与总脚连线的中点直径平均为4.2mm,MR扫描显示6例(12耳)扩大的内淋巴囊外口与总脚连线的中点直径平均为4.8mm。结论 高分辨率CT扫描或高分辨率MRI能对大前庭导水管综合征做出明确诊断。

Abstract:Purpose To analysis the CT and MRI findings of large vestibular aqueduct syndrome. Methods Temporal bone high resolution CT were performed in 12 patients,and high resolution MR imaging were also performed in 6 patients. Results The average size of the vestibular aqueduct at its midpoint between the common crus and the external aperture measured on CT scans was 4.2mm in 12 patients.Additionally,the average width of the signal from within the enlarged endolymphatic duct or sac on MR images was 4.8mm in 6 patients. Conclusion The large vestibular aqueduct syndrome can be identified on high resolution CT scan or MRI. [
