| 摘 要： | 做好住院医师规范化培训工作除了医院相关职能部门、临床科室的管理到位外，还应抓好住院医师所在具体医疗组的管理。笔者分析了目前医疗组管理存在的4个主要问题，并提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | To effectively implement resident standardization training, except for effective management of clinical department and its relation function departments, the medical group management the residents belonged to is important. Four problems in medical group management are analyzed and suggestions are mentioned. |
